This T-bone steak, which allows you to enjoy both sirloin and fillet, is grilled over a wood fire.The meat is topped with homemade shiso butter.Butter scented with chopped shiso, onion, and garlic melts on top of the freshly grilled meat.

It also comes with a wood-fired, blackened eggplant puree and a homemade barbecue sauce made with grilled onions and fermented mushrooms.Enjoy a variety of flavors by combining your favorite sauces.One serving can be shared between two people.
