This set includes one T-bone steak (approximately 250g) to share between two people for 5,000 yen per person.*Due to the shape of the T-bone steak, for parties of two or more, we will serve it in even numbers.

・T-bone and seasonal vegetables grilled over a wood fire
Original fermented mushroom BBQ sauce, charred eggplant puree
・Kale salad with crunchy garnish
Kale, jalapeño pickles, mint, lotus root and burdock garnish
· Garlic rice
Rice cooked in beef stock and garlic oil, mixed with fried garlic.
· Seasonal soup
*As we use seasonal ingredients procured on the day, the menu will change depending on the date of reservation.Please look forward to seeing what the menu will be.
