・T-bone steak and seasonal vegetables grilled over a wood fire (T-bone steak: approx. 250g)

Original fermented mushroom BBQ sauce, charred eggplant puree

・Kale salad with crunchy garnish

Kale, jalapeño pickles, mint, lotus root, and burdock root garnish

· Garlic rice

Rice cooked in beef stock and garlic oil, mixed with fried garlic

· Seasonal soup

*As we use seasonal ingredients purchased that day, the menu will change depending on the date of your reservation.Please look forward to seeing what the menu will be.

*We also have a "share set" where two people can share one T-bone steak.(5,000 yen per person (tax included))
