Flesh-rich firefly squid caught in Miyagi Prefecture, seasonal tempura beans, and kogomi are grilled over a wood fire with a spray of soy sauce.It is served on top of fluffy rice cooked in a clay pot, together with a generous amount of deep-fried ukiyaki.Tender firefly squid, fluffy tempura beans, and crunchy wild vegetables.The vibrant green color and spring-like scent are also appealing.Serve with wasabi flowers pickled in soy sauce for a spicy accent.
