This dish features Gold Rush loaves from Yamagata Prefecture, roasted to a fragrant perfection, bringing out their sweet and savory flavor, and is served with homemade dukkah made with nuts and spices.
It also comes with chili con carne and tortilla chips, which go perfectly with it.You can enjoy the contrast in texture and flavor.
