◇Oshika Peninsula Wood-fired grilled venison

We use Japanese sika deer that grow up freely between the sea and mountains of Miyagi Prefecture's Oshika Peninsula.

Hunter Nozomi Onodera, who values the "cycle of life" and takes a sincere approach to nature, kills the venison with a gun to avoid causing stress to the animals, and then slowly grills the meat over a wood fire.

Enjoy it with ingredients that further enhance the rich flavor of the venison, such as red fruit achar, straw-smoked sun-dried tomato and paprika sauce, chrysanthemum and spinach powder, and Japanese pepper oil.

This is a special dish that allows you to fully enjoy the fragrant aroma of wood-fired meat, the strong yet tender texture, and the wild flavor.
