◇ Wood-fire grilled spare ribs

Slowly simmered domestic pork spare ribs are grilled over a wood fire for a fragrant finish.

Homemade BBQ sauce based on tomatoes and onions, seasoned with bourbon whiskey and spices.

The subtle bitterness of the roasted lime pairs well with the gentle sweetness of the seasonal vegetables.

We also recommend simply seasoning it with salt.

It also comes with homemade bread made with the prefecture's "Yukichikara" wheat flour and orange peel.

Dip it in the sauce and enjoy until the very end.
